AURA is a registered business based in Jordan, serving customers across the Arab world and internationally. We are a fully online store, which lets us keep our prices fair and focus our time on choosing good products and looking after our customers.
How we choose our products
Every item in our store is hand-picked. We work with trusted supplier partners and look for products that are practical, good value and nice to own or to give. If something doesn't meet that bar, we don't list it.
How your order reaches you
Your order is prepared and shipped from our partner warehouses directly to your door. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships, and you can follow every order anytime from My Orders. Estimated delivery times for each region are listed on our Shipping policy page.
