SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.99.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- United States, Canada, UK, Europe & Australia: 7–15 business days
- Middle East & Gulf countries: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Multiple Packages
Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates after shipping.

Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can sometimes happen due to holidays, weather or customs checks. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will help.
