I ordered 24.5 and received 24.0. The seller says it's my mistake because the size is based on the external number. Logically, as buyers, we always order the internal size, that is, what our foot measures, not the shoe size. I can't return them because I would have to pay the shipping costs. This is the first time I've had this problem with a shoe size.
The shoes are excellent, just like in the photo. They arrived in the correct size, not scratched, and there was no glue anywhere. The only thing is, check the size in centimeters, not just the size itself, as size 36 was a bit too big for me, but that's my mistake. Overall, everything is great✨ The bows and charms also arrived intact ❤️🔥
They came packaged like this and arrived in very good condition, they are beautiful and comfortable to my liking; true to the size I ordered and the color although it's a bit difficult to assemble but it's worth it ^^ thank you very much 💘
