The product is great. The service, ease of installation, and connection with the phone are fantastic. Product of the highest quality, the app works great, fingerprint unlocking is extra, opening from the app is excellent and of course opening with the included chips. I recommend it.
I was very surprised by the quality of the materials and the number of functionalities it has! It's a good device for home automation and having insurance in case you forget your keys inside!
Works as expected. key holder fits about 4-5 keys plus a garage opener in our case. pairing with ttlock was easy.

Very nice keysafe, much sturdier than expected, solid and heavy. Fingerprint works great, nice little pocket inside to stop keys falling out which happens in a lot of keysafes. Hopefully will stand up to the elements.

Super product, just connect via Bluetooth the first time to set it up, and after that everything works without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. No matter where you are in the world, you can generate random access codes to open the box. The best!
Shipped very quickly, arrived before the expected time. The product is of excellent craftsmanship, let's say pairing with the app was quite simple. I recommend pairing with the keyboard when the drawer is open, otherwise it won't be easy to find. Once that's done, it becomes a breeze. The interior isn't that spacious, just a couple of keys, but it's fine, I would buy it again.
Excellent value for money. Comes with an emergency key in case of low batteries. With the smart life app, management is easy and intuitive. Comes with a smart card, fingerprint emergency key, and codes. On the app, you can set temporary passwords for each user who has access to the safe.
It would be great if in future versions, when using batteries, they could also be charged via the USB port. (The USB port is only for power supply when the batteries are empty, it is also stated in the product description) Otherwise, the key box is top-notch, I am satisfied.
Can't get it to pair, so no use yet. No response to help request I have been unable to use this, because i can't get it to pair with my phone. Completely useless.
